Customer service and community service are core commitments at The Arizona Group. We strive to provide meaningful support to our local community – improving the places our employees and customers call home.
Giving back to our community is part of our culture. We believe in supporting local non-profit organizations that make other people's lives better. We are proud to count a number of non-profit organizations as clients, and it is important to us to support them in various ways. Friday Jeans Day at The Arizona Group requires a monetary donation to our "Jeans Fund" from the employees who wish to participate. Periodically, we choose a charity to receive the collected funds. We also help our co-workers. We offer a voluntary program that allows employees who have not used all their paid time off to donate their hours to another team member with a need for Family or Medical Leave. Last year over 130 hours were donated to friends in need.
The Arizona Group participates in monthly community service events. We believe so strongly in the importance of being involved in the community that we provide paid time off hours to be used specifically for our agency-sponsored events. Many of our team members also volunteer their own time in the community, from church and youth sports to coaching Special Olympians, and from Rotary to fostering children and/or homeless pets.
