Rajean Coughran, our Director of First Impressions, has over 20 years of experience. Before joining The Arizona Group, Rajean had experience in Human Resources Management and worked as a Legal Assistant. Rajean has expertise in event planning, communications, and marketing. Rajean is always willing to lend a helping hand and is an expert at connecting with clients and other team members. A wife, mother, and grandmother of two, Rajean enjoys reading and cooking when she’s not assisting clients and partners at The Arizona Group.
